Active weekend

Here is Nate at the car dealership on a dirt buggy, there are alot of dirt buggy trails here, we were at the car dealership for loren to test drive the volvo. Its a nice car, I think I will even take bullet out more often as he has his own space separated by a net.

Nate swimming at his swim school teachers home and her home is in Dainfern Valley, not part of Dainfern the golf estate, its newer and felt more like a concrete jungle. From her house we were also able to see the award winning silver pipe that officially transports water, unoffically, sewerage or as the Singaporeans have branded, new water.

Ike had some more spots, took him to the dr but they seem unrelated, today the ones on the eyes and on his fingers are gone but the one on his thigh has gotten a bit worse. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

On Ike's walk I also managed to go into a few open houses to do further due diligence on whether to buy a place here. Apparently the banks will do financing up to 80% which may make the numbers work as we have rand that has to get converted and the outlook is good for the economy here then leverage may be the way to go. The biggest risk is to bring the money in and then the central bank not allowing the money to go back out, so to buy the house in cash is not that worth it.

Anyway, one house I saw had such a nice view of the nature reserve bit and was so massive it had its own bar area that looked like a pub and 5 official entertainment areas. Their dogs even had fancy dog beds in wrought iron raised off the ground. Was tempted to take a pic of that.

Here are also shots of their Mangoes, its really meaty and good, its ripe when green and a tinge of color, it tastes like the thai elephant tusk ones but maybe not as smooth. The indian woman's shop has never made a mango lassi, she will try to make one for me, the lassi here is salted and tastes like a watered down samosa dip (urgh).
