Our session ended early and although monday was a public holiday... we were in luck!!! Hermanus is part of Walker Bay area and home of two of the best wine makers in South Africa.... Bouchard Finlayson and Hamilton Russell. Guess what... they are side by side! We got there at 415pm and got to visit both before they closed at 5! what a treat!
Oh we also got to see a fossilised inner ear of a whale... I forgot to take a picture.
