So Nate had his last Jewish Sunday school for the year today. Here is a picture of the synagogue opposite his school for those who often ask me about whether there are synagogues here. Today I took Ike to a gardening shop, while nate is at school, here he sits in a rattan cocoon chair with a long strip of cardboard that we later transformed into a ssssssnake.
A picture with Loren before he heads off for 10 days... Nate will be having his graduation from Kindergarden in the third week of June and I am taking the boys to Guilin. Am looking forward to that as the majestic hills were the inspiration for Avatar (hmm I should let them watch Avatar!) and they have pelican like birds that fish for the fishermen, we also have tickets to a night show in Yangshuo which was directed by the guy who did the beijing olympics and the actors are the local fishermen etc, I think alot of the props are long bolts of cloth and across the Li river.
Here is Ike getting his go at the Pinata at Yanniks birthday. The boys want a Darth Vader Pinata for their star ward themed birthday. After the birthday party Ike rode his SA plastic bike whizzind down east coast park while nate was on his new scooter. We got back and the boys and deh deh had a BIG water fight. Hopefully the sleep well tonight but I just spotted them in superhero outfits, batman suit with Spidey mask....
